Nancy Glasgow joined Bitner Group in 1996 as an account executive, was promoted to vice president/account supervisor in 2000 and became a partner in the Orlando office 2008.
During her years with the agency, Nancy has serviced the needs of clients in a wide variety of industries including hospitality/tourism, retail, healthcare, high-tech and engineering. Her notable clients, present and past, include: Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Florida Hospital, Simon Property Group, Celebrate Dogs! presented by the American Kennel Club and Eukanuba/Procter & Gamble at the Orange County Convention Center, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, the NASA-funded Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program, and Singh Resorts in the Florida Keys.
Nancy began her career as a journalist and photographer before moving into agency public relations. In addition to her writing and client services expertise, she specializes in media relations strategy and story placement; editing; and special events planning and execution.
A native Floridian, Nancy is a University of Central Florida alumna and a dedicated UCF Knights football supporter. Over the years, she has donated her public relations services to many local non-profit organizations and events focusing on children, including the Dick Batchelor Run for the Children, the March of Dimes, and the College Park (Orlando) Neighborhood Association. She also has served as volunteer chairwoman for Sunday in the Park, which draws 5,000 attendees and is the largest community event in Central Florida staged by a non-profit neighborhood association.
